My unit was 21 years old and I needed an upgrade. I highly recommend this company. The install was clean and fast (took about 4.5 hours). The customer service was top notch! Props to Allan (get him a promotion to the office) and Jonathan!

My air conditioning unit was stolen by a thief posing as a repairman. Superior came to my rescue. Once a new unit was secured through their tireless efforts, it was installed and fine-tuned expertly by courteous and efficient techs. In a few hours, my home was restored to comfort in spite of the excessive heat outside. Bravo!

AC sprung a leak and had one of those big box AC places come out. Settled on replacement of the entire system but wanted $21,000! Coworker put me on with Superior. Night and day difference in costs applied to troubleshooting. Then they had me scheduled 2 weeks out before replacement. Came out next day and got the old system going to cover the gap in time. Replaced system in 1 day. Came back to fine-tune the system and it was a wrap! Great service, honest estimate at 45% less money. This level of service is a throwback to a time when people did what they said.

I got bids from a few companies. Some were intimidated by the job and said they couldn’t handle the HVAC replacement. It got down to Superior and one other company. Superior was the lowest bid by a few thousand dollars. It wasn’t the reason I chose them. I have been using Superior for years and even when they were Croffoot. With that said, the two crews that worked to replace my two units did an amazing job. Moreover, the plaster/painter guy, Cesar, repaired the hole in the ceiling that they had to cut to get the old unit out, and putting in the new unit was repaired with such expertise that you just can’t see any sign that the ceiling was repaired. I highly recommend the entire company, from Todd who came to explain the job and make the bid to the guys that did the work and the awesome cleanup.

UPDATE: Since Superior took over Croffoot, it has been seamless. You can expect the same great service and pricing. I won't even look anywhere else. Kurt and Susie are amazing! Honestly, look no further for your AC/Heating needs. This is a family business and they care about taking care of their customers. Susie answered my 9 p.m. call when my AC went out in the June heat (WOW - no one does that anymore). Kurt showed up first thing the next morning and quickly diagnosed the problem and filled the unit with Freon. He also advised that the unit needed to be replaced, as he felt that there was a leak in the system and that would end up in the same place down the road. They sent me the requested proposal for the replacement unit immediately and were patient while I got the finances together on my end. They scheduled as soon as they received the new unit—which everyone knows takes time with the shortage of materials. Kurt showed up with his team exactly on time and installed the new system flawlessly. What a difference the new unit makes—my home is nice and cool without the HUGE electric bills. Thank you SO much—this is my AC contractor for life.
