Maddux and Allen were incredibly professional. Navigating three stories of stairs is no easy feat, yet they handled it with a great attitude and took extra care to protect my floors with rugs and plastic, leaving the house spotless.
I also want to thank George, the project manager. He took the time to explain my options clearly, and his use of the Manual J calculation gave me full confidence that I was getting the right system for my home and not going overboard with a system I didn’t need. He also worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated.

Superior came out 2 years ago and installed a brand new AC system for us. They were extremely knowledgeable, fast, and kept their word. We recently had our first maintenance check-up, and they sent out their guy Bryan who did an outstanding job. He found a small issue that he immediately put the wheels in motion to get squared away. Had a new AC unit installed after having problems with my 12-year-old unit and being left without AC last summer for 3 weeks. Hated calling my warranty company every time I had an issue and paying for more Freon and parts that were not covered, and then needed a significant amount of repairs that I just decided to bite the bullet and get a new unit so I don’t have to have PTSD in the summer anymore. John, David, and Justin worked for 7 hours straight to install my new unit, and John and David were so knowledgeable and made sure everything was installed correctly before they left and that I felt comfortable understanding my new thermostat and answered all my questions.
