This company is always SO prompt when I call with any issue and getting a tech out as soon as possible. If not same day, the very next day. We came back from vacation and one of our units was out and it was over 85 in the back of the house. My AC went out on a Thursday evening in August (one of the hottest days of the year!) and Superior was able to send someone the next morning (Friday) to take a look. It turned out to be a capacitor. Thankfully, the tech brought one with him as that's what they suspected based on my symptoms. A quick change out and I had cold air again. Thanks for the quick response! The tech also noted my compressor was pulling additional amps on startup and recommended a hard start kit to prolong the life of the unit. He was honest and said it's not necessary but recommended it. I agreed with him and had him add it. Superior is great to work with. They have honest, reliable, and knowledgeable service techs! They can generally get to you quickly and they don't try to upsell you on unnecessary services. I highly recommend them!
